1st backpacking / rock climbing trip

Went up to the Appalachian Trail up in V.A. With my brother and his two boys for there first backpacking /rock climbing trip .They had a good ole time climbing ,exploring and  eating smores instead of there dinner .

Moved in

1. finished floor    2.bathroom   3.   Living room    4 &5 living room  6.  Was a bedroom now a  Dining room/Craft room  7.same as 2 ( drink another)  8 &9 kitchen   10. master bedroom    11. rear with new patio    12& 13 kitchen  14. front porch   , front on maple street      soon to come garage in back of property and a the rear bedroom  got  the mattress getting the bed frame this week so we will have a lil guest room

putting it back together

1.  sanded floors soon to be redone.
2. kitchen sub floor and insulation in walls
3. new cast iron tub
4.  tiled bathroom
5.  ran new gas line for new stove
6. The stove s arrival (bearded hippie sold separately )
7. Brother spraying on the ceiling paint
8. All new Plumbing
9. Twins share ...even a work ladder
10. yes ... a  attic  fan
11. wisa and i made endless ,endless trips to home depot and slowes home improvement to get what we needed.
