My Lovely Wife

Today is my wedding anniversary with my lovely wife. 4 years married, 10 years unmarried. Every day I am amazed by her generosity, her caring, and her gentleness. She has a grace about her that draws people in to her warming presence. Her beauty and style make me blush and giddy. I feel so fortunate to be loved and cared by her.
I love you my chicken.
Happy Anniversary.

Fall is here, Finally

This was a brutal summer. Here in NC the heat never let up. For a solid month and a half we had no fan or AC in our house. It was miserable. Fall is a upon now though. Leaves are dropping, the air is getting crisp and I am developing that hankerin' to get the fuck out. Last year a couple of us invaded Will's friend's cabin in mountains. It was fantastic. I need this now.

Tasting, studying, contemplating sandwich eating is an essential part of enjoying autumn. Here you can see our top sandwichologists testing their creations.

Snorkel Hottubbing = Friend Soup. Hot Springs are few and far between on the East Coast, so a barrel of hot water will do.

Sweet Double Exposure. Will's commanding spirit.

San Fran in October

With the upcoming Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival approaching, I felt it was appropriate to post some hippies sitting around a park with thousands of other hippies. On this day I was force fed some mind altering brownies without anyone even once considering my emotions.

Papa Smurf

This picture is a great representation of what "special" brownies make things look like.

a classic san francisco hipster. I never thought I'd see one in person. I'm so glad I was able to snap off this shot before I was cut down with snarky comments about my beard.
"Dumbass, nice picture you just took with the cap on", is all I heard. Again, the brownies.
